In the following exercise i have converted Black and White picture into a Colored picture using the Adobe Photoshop CC.
I have done it using the the pen tool, brush too, eraser tool and different Adjustment layers.
The main adjustment layer in this exercise is the Color Balance layer. This layer is used to get the skin tone of the person. By adjusting the Cyan/Red slider, Magenta/Green slider and the Yellow/blue slider for Shadow, Mid tones and Highlight you can get the perfect skin tone.

My Tip: use more of red for all the shadows, mid tones and highlights to get better skin color,then adjust other sliders according to the skin tone you want to achieve.
