Converting Daylight image to a Night Scene

In the Following Exercise I have converted a day scene into a night scene.

I used Adobe Photoshop CC and the tools which i used are the pen tool,marquee tool,  brush, layers, color balance, blending modes and different adjustment layers.

My Tip:  
               1)   Seperate the sky from the foreground aand desaturate the image to give it a night                      look.
